Dictator Macky Sall’s Controversial Visit to The Gambia Sparks Outrage and Demands for Justice

3 min read

In light of Dictator Macky Sall’s presence in our sovereign country, we express our deep disappointment and concern for the peaceful coexistence of neighbouring sister nations.

His actions in creating turmoil in Senegal to eliminate a potential presidential candidate are not only irresponsible but also dangerous.

We call for the immediate release of President Ousman Sonko and all political prisoners in Senegal to restore peace in the SeneGambia region.

Only then will we consider strengthening our bilateral relationship with the incoming administration of our sister country. We reject the murderous and authoritarian regime of Dictator Macky Sall in its entirety, and he is not honored in our names either.

Seeking refuge in The Gambia and being treated with undue respect by our president, Adama Barrow, has offended and outraged the Gambian people for all the right reasons.

We are troubled by the apparent promotion of tribal bigotry and nepotism by both leaders, and their oppression of the rest of the SeneGambian community based on tribal lines.

As Gambians, we stand together under the Unifying Liberation Party to fight for the restoration of our territorial sovereignty and liberation as an independent sovereign state by 2026.

Adama Barrow’s failure to prove his worth as a leader calls for a change in our current system. We must pursue fresh ideas that align with the aspirations of current and future generations in Africa.

We reject the deceptive agendas of both Macky Sall and Adama Barrow and their collaboration to harm our SeneGambia nation.

Macky Sall’s visit to The Gambia is an attempt to escape the demands for his resignation in Senegal and falsely portray himself as a credible leader. The recent loss of innocent lives in Senegal due to his actions further illustrates his barbarism.

We demand that Dictator Macky Sall leaves our country immediately and go back to Senegal. His hypocritical actions and disregard for the well-being of our SeneGambia nation are not welcome in The Gambia.

Adama Barrow must be aware that Dictator Macky Sall cannot escape accountability for the innocent lives lost in Senegal while hiding behind a state visit to The Gambia.

Macky Sall must face the consequences of his actions against his own people. He must return to Senegal to face justice for the crimes committed against his people.

We stand united in our demands for justice for the victims of Macky Sall’s brutality and we stand in solidarity with the Senegalese people who are fighting against his tyrannical government and against his oppression.

We condemn the actions of both leaders and demand justice and accountability.

Shame on you all for your disregard for human life and the well-being of our nations.
