Unifying Liberation Party Condemns France’s Exploitation of Niger and ECOWAS Leaders’ Compliance….

The Unifying Liberation Party (U.L.P) strongly condemns the recent alarming declaration by France, pledging support for ECOWAS efforts.

This declaration has further exposed the shocking betrayal of the ECOWAS leaders, who seem willing to sacrifice the well-being and sovereignty of their own citizens for the sake of external interests.

France’s vested interest in continuing their exploitation of Niger through any means necessary can’t be underestimated, and it’s evident that if ECOWAS is ready to do the dirty job for them, France won’t hesitate to provide financial support for their ulterior motives.

France’s history of exploiting Niger’s resources, particularly its uranium reserves, is undeniable.

They have enjoyed access to the cheapest uranium in Africa, virtually for free, enabling them to exploit and profit from it without concern for the well-being of Niger’s citizens.

With recent developments, France suddenly lost its privileged access to Niger’s uranium reserves, threatening their ability to continue this exploitative practice.

Therefore, it comes as no surprise that they are eager to regain full access to these resources and will resort to any means to achieve that goal.

Regrettably, our ECOWAS leaders seem content in ignoring France’s history of exploitation, turning a blind eye to their actions, and complying with their agendas.

By doing so, they undermine the very essence of their roles as leaders representing the interests of the African people.

The Unifying Liberation Party strongly emphasizes that the time has come for ECOWAS leaders to prioritize the genuine interests of their own citizens over the external interests of colonial powers.

It is essential to resist becoming pawns in France’s grand schemes to maintain their exploitative practices on the African continent.

Our African nations deserve leaders who prioritize the liberation and unification of the continent, rather than perpetuating the cycle of exploitation for the benefit of foreign powers.

The Unifying Liberation Party firmly believes that the interests of African citizens should be the top priority for ECOWAS leaders.

Instead, we witness them being manipulated by external forces, threatening military intervention under the guise of restoring constitutional order.

It is evident that this so-called constitutional order only serves the interests of France and other foreign powers, not the people of Niger, who are all awakened and united in their determination to defend their interests and sovereignty as an independent state.

The Unifying Liberation Party stands in solidarity with the overwhelming majority of West African communities, expressing deep outrage at the mistreatment of our brave brothers who took a stand against puppet regimes and the centuries of colonial oppression.

For far too long, our African nations, including Mali, Guinea Conakry, Burkina Faso, Niger, and ten other countries in Africa have been exploited for their natural resources, while their citizens remain hostages of colonial suppression.

The ECOWAS leaders’ complacency with France’s agenda is a grave betrayal of their responsibilities as leaders of the African people.

In conclusion, we unequivocally demand immediate dialogue between nations and our institutions such as the ECOWAS and African Union.

This dialogue must promote mutual respect for territorial sovereignty and foster cooperation among countries, rather than exploiting the existing framework to sow disunity among our nations.

Together, let us resist the manipulations of external powers and work towards a united and prosperous Africa, where the resources of the continent benefit its own citizens and not external entities.
